Greek oregano has a savory, earthy flavor boost everyone loves. This non-GMO, heirloom Greek oregano brings Mediterranean magic into your home garden, and it thrives in warm, dry areas. Unlike other oregano varieties, it’s not a rampant grower, so it’s low-maintenance in containers or beds.

Greek oregano has a strong aroma that you’ll love while tending your garden. It adds a flavorful punch to pasta dishes and grilled chicken, making it a start in the kitchen as much as it is in the garden.

Greek oregano is for herb enthusiasts who want low-maintenance plants at home, in apartments, and in other urban areas. Stick ’em in well-drained soil, and you’re pretty much set. Start seeds indoors about 8–10 weeks before the last spring frost using seed trays or peat pots, and keep it warm at around 70 degrees Fahrenheit for top-notch sprouting.

This oregano variety will need some sun—about 6 hours a day. And it prefers the air to be between 60–80 degrees Fahrenheit in the day, cooling down to 50–60 at night.

Whether you’ve got a large backyard garden or a tiny city balcony, growing this herb means you’re in for a flavor-packed, aromatic workhorse that’ll make your cooking FRESH.
