Southern Ag Atrazine is a pre- and post-emergent herbicide that functions to kill weeds in St. Augustinegrass and centipedegrass. This product performs best when applied in early spring or dormant periods when weeds have not emerged, but can be applied during both dormant and growing seasons. Southern Ag Atrazine that is watered or rained in within two or three days of application may decrease the effectiveness on emerged weeds, however, rainfall or watering is necessary within 7–10 days after treatment.
